STUDENT VALUES Below: The 2006-2007 Freshman class of Dillard University display the values instilled in them by their parents and the university through a recent neighborhood street-cleaning project. In lieu of sleeping late and the many other options available on a Saturday morning, this group split into several teams and hit the streets of Gentilly, armed with garbage bags, t-shirts and good spirit.  Incorporated into the Freshman orientation program, students commit some of their time and effort to community service projects. Undoubtedly, the once-again, beautiful and pristine grounds of the Dillard University campus is an inspiration and example of overcoming adversity.
