New Orleans East  residents, Loren Richard, Lachelle Ratleff and Jessica Robinson are all smiles at the awards ceremony.  Despite loosing their home and personal possessions in Hurricane Katrina, they maintained a strong spirit as well as an above 3.0 grade point average.
