Education: Helping to reshape the community and opportunities
Who wants to be an Astronaut?  - Space Shuttle Commander, Col. Pam Melroy visits with students at Einstein Charter School in New Orleans East. As business partner and neighbor, NASA / Michoud looks forward to it's potential role in the next generation of space flight. The visit, in addition to igniting thoughts and future career interests, reflects the important role local business and industry play in education.  The business and technology corridor located within the New Orleans Regional Business Park is expected to inspire many students through various outreach and partnering programs. Indeed, many hands went up in response to the question from Col. Melroy.
